The self-check (do this before paying for anything)
- The two-second test. Can a stranger tell which person is you from your first photo alone?
- The variety test. Do you have a clear face shot, a full-body shot and at least one photo doing something?
- The date test. Are any photos more than ~3 years old, or not quite what you look like now? Swap them.
- The reply test. Could she send one line back to each prompt? If not, make it more specific.
- The vibe test. Read it as a stranger. Does it sound warm, or like a list of requirements?
What a review should tell you (and what it shouldn't)
Good feedback names the problem and the reason: "Photo 4 is your strongest: clear face, natural light. Lead with it. Photo 1 is a group shot, so she has to guess." Bad feedback just gives a score or rewrites everything so it no longer sounds like you.
Lexi's Profile Critique aims for the first kind. It ranks your photos, explains what each one communicates and suggests what to add. It won't promise more matches, because nobody honestly can. It helps you put your best, most accurate self forward.
How it works
- Start a Pro or Elite plan, or the 7-day trial.
- Upload the photos you use (or are thinking about using).
- Get a suggested photo order, notes on each photo and what's missing.
Your photos are used to give you feedback. See our privacy policy for details.
Profile fine, but conversations fizzle?
That's a messaging problem, not a profile one. Lexi's free Conversation Helper gives you one analysis with no signup, or read why dating app conversations die.
