1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lexi AI ("the Service") at heylexiai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lexi AI.

2. Description of Service

Lexi AI is an AI-powered dating coaching platform designed to help users improve their dating profiles, conversations, and overall dating experience. The Service includes features such as Profile Critique, Conversation Helper, Bio Writer, Vibe Check, Date Planner, First Date Coach, Instant Opener, Photo Optimizer, and Chat with Lexi, among others.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Lexi AI offers three subscription tiers:

  • Free — limited access to core features at no cost
  • Pro — $19/month or $149/year
  • Elite — $39/month or $299/year

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact us at support@heylexiai.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewals of existing subscriptions.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Lexi AI uses artificial intelligence to generate dating advice, profile critiques, conversation suggestions, and other content. This content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Lexi AI does not guarantee any specific dating outcomes, match rates, or relationship results. All AI-generated advice should be used at your own discretion.

8. User Content

By uploading screenshots, photos, or other content to Lexi AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded content for any other purpose. You retain full ownership of all content you upload.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of Lexi AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at heylexiai.com/privacy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and functionality of Lexi AI — including but not limited to the Lexi AI name, logo, and design — are owned by or licensed to Lexi AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexi AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, failed matches, or relationship outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
