If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Elite subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@heylexiai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we'll process it within 3 business days.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscribers can request a refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. Renewals are non-refundable but you can cancel before your renewal date.

Free Trial

Every Pro and Elite plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund. Creating an account on its own is free and never results in a charge.
